You must not drive for seven days.
You should avoid movements and strenuous exercises that will strain your body for four weeks.
The special support bra should be worn day and night for six weeks. In addition, one should not sleep pressing on the abdomen and breasts.
The healing process is completed at the end of 6 months.

Do not use body lotion, makeup or face cream after showering.

As soon as your blood values are ready, a sedative is given if it is deemed necessary, and general anesthesia is initiated.
