Direct Hair Implantation (DHI)

In DHI hair transplantation (direct hair implantation), hair roots, also known as grafts, are demoved directly by the surgeon with a medical pen (Choi) and placed directly in place again without opening separate channels.
Performing the procedure without opening the channels gives the patient a separate sensitivity in the treatment. In addition, the DHI technique allows for a very detailed hair transplant. The use of CHOI allows for higher hair density than the FUE technique.

Another advantage is that hair does not have to be shaved before applying DHI. This condition is particularly important for women.

You should stop using Minoxidil 7 days before DHI hair transplantation treatment.
Please stop using Regaine 2 weeks before transplantation.
Anti-inflammatory or emergency analgesics should be avoided.
Also do not take vitamins B and E.
Avoid blood-thinning drugs such as Aspirin.

One day after the transplant, the transplanted areas are checked by our doctors. It is checked if there is no bleeding or infection, and whether the hair follicles are damaged or not.
Hair is washed for the first time 48 hours after treatment. This procedure is performed in the hospital, and very special care is shown for this procedure.
In the next eight days, you will wash your hair yourself. Of course, you will be informed in detail about how to do this, or you can wash your hair in the hospital if you want.
After eight days, our doctors will check again how the transplanted areas develop. The rash should almost be calmed down.
After about 6-18 months, the treatment is completed and you can enjoy your hair looking very natural.
